Note: If your event is not as described as below, the Manager and/or Venue Coordinator has the right to cancel this event immediately, up to and including the day of the event and any payments made will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

What kind of activities will take place during your event?

Will there be ticket sales for this event?
Is this a recurring event?
How will you be playing music?
If own a device, how will you connect to our system?
Will the client be using the Kitchen?
Will the client be using the Lobby?

(ex: Using it as check-in, decorating the space, etc.) 

Will alcohol be served at the event?
Will food be served at the event?

Note: All events serving food and or drinks incur an additional cleaning fee.

Will you have additional staff for your event?

(ex: Body guards, caterers, performers, etc.) 

Add-ons:

Keiko Studios Hall includes up to 10 tables and up to 50 chairs for free

Pura Vida Hall includes up to 10 tables and up to 75 chairs for free
