Tyler Jenkins
The award-winning multi-instrumentalist, artist, and composer Tyler Goldchain, creates music that blends his gospel and jazz roots with inflections of R&B, rock, reggae, and classical music. Tyler has performed in festivals and venues all around the country such as Toads Place, College Street Music Hall, and Radio City Music Hall. He has opened for and accompanied major artists like Alicia Keys, Amine and, Masego. Tyler’s original song “Save Me” was created in collaboration with multi-grammy-winning musician and producer Jim Pugh and debuted at the San Francisco Bluegrass Festival.
During his senior year at Wesleyan University, his first film composition created for the movie “Graveyard”, directed by Connell Oberman, was awarded “Best Original Score” by the Los Angeles Crime and Horror Film Festival, officially selected by the Maryland International Film Festival and awarded Best Crime Short by the LA-based IndieX Fest.
His most recent work the short “Artboy” directed by Eli Canter was awarded 1st place Best Picture at the Redstone Film Festival and was the Grand Jury winner at the Independent Film Festival Boston.
